📝 In celebration of National Poetry Month, Ilse Sepulveda’s Advanced Placement English classes welcomed assistant principal Vanessa Brown to read from her published book of poems. The students reviewed author’s purpose and figurative language using Brown’s own work. Students then worked on their own poems to be create an anthology book. 📝
